Soccer Recap: Kearney Comes Up Short

While it was all tied up 1-1 at halftime, Kearney was not quite Lincoln Southwest's equal in the second half on Thursday. They fell 3-1 to the Silver Hawks. Kearney haven't had much luck with Lincoln Southwest recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Kearney's goal came courtesy of Kaden Slaymaker, who's now up to 18 this season.

Kearney's loss dropped their record down to 13-5. As for Lincoln Southwest, they pushed their record up to 10-5 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home.

As of now, neither Kearney nor the Silver Hawks have any future games scheduled.
