Gene Palmer Game Report: vs El Dorado

For the first time ever, Gene Palmer turned in triple-digit rushing yards on Thursday. He rushed for 100 yards on only 11 carries as Montwood fell to El Dorado 59-29. We think that's the best game he's posted since October 31st, 2024, when he rushed for 92 yards and one TD on only ten carries.

Coming up, Palmer and Montwood will take on Midland at 7:30 p.m. on the 19th. The Rams will be headed into this one with a sizable disadvantage in the rankings (they're ranked 432 places lower in Texas), but they're not letting that get them down.
