After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Wallkill Valley, Sussex County Tech was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 13-1 margin over the Boonton Bombers. The result was nothing new for Sussex County Tech, who have now won four contests by eight runs or more so far this season.

Sussex County Tech's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-3. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Boonton, their loss dropped their record down to 2-6.

Sussex County Tech has already played their next game, a 12-9 win against Kittatinny Regional on the 14th. Boonton has also already played their next match (against Whippany Park), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
