Volleyball Game Preview: R.J. Reynolds Demons vs. Glenn Bobcats

The R.J. Reynolds Demons will head out to challenge the Glenn Bobcats at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

R.J. Reynolds came into their game on Monday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against West Forsyth, falling 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-17, 25-17.

Meanwhile, Glenn was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to Reagan.

The final score came out to 25-4, 25-6, 25-5.

Glenn's loss dropped their record down to 0-11. As for R.J. Reynolds, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last 11 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-13 record this season.

R.J. Reynolds was able to grind out a solid win over Glenn in their previous meeting two weeks ago, winning 3-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Demons since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
