Baseball Recap: Roosevelt Comes Up Short

Roosevelt was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 20th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Conrad Chargers, falling 16-0. That's two games in a row now that the Mustangs have lost by exactly 16 runs.

Roosevelt's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Conrad, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-8.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Conrad beat Roosevelt by a score of 16-2 later that day.
