Basketball Recap: Nordheim Drops Highest Score of Season Against Prairie Lea

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Nordheim). They blew past the Prairie Lea Indians 63-43 on Friday. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Pirates with their most commanding win of the season.

Nordheim is also on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a massive bump to their 4-10 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.3 points per game. As for Prairie Lea, they are on an 18-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Nordheim has already played their next contest (against Runge), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Prairie Lea will face off against Austwell-Tivoli at 1:15 p.m. on Monday.
