Connor Rust and Co. Win Sixth in a Row
  Connor Rust was instrumental in extending Red Cloud's winning streak to six on Friday. Rust turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 102 yards and three touchdowns on only eight carries, while also picking up 58 receiving yards and a touchdown. His longest rush was for an impressive 61 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
 Red Cloud's victory was  their third straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 6-0. Rust and Red Cloud will venture away from home to  face off against Dorchester  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.

Red Cloud Wins Sixth-Straight Thanks to  Gage Ely
  Gage Ely was instrumental in extending Red Cloud's winning streak to six on Friday. Nobody could stop  Ely as he rushed for 157 yards and a touchdown while picking up 9.2 yards per carry. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making four total tackles and defending two passes.
 This year,  Ely  has averaged 25.7 passing yards per game. It gets even more impressive:  after six games last season,  he had one  rushing touchdown. This year he is already up to 14.

 Harvard was sadly handed a  loss on Friday, but  Cohen Reutzel did his best to prevent it. Meridian had no answer to  Reutzel  as he picked up 28 receiving yards and a touchdown.
 Harvard is  on  an  11-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6. A feisty cat fight will be fought when  Cardinals challenges Lewiston at 3:00  p.m.  on Friday.

Englehart Came Up Big in Red Cloud's  53-22  Victory
  Hunter Englehart was instrumental in extending Red Cloud's winning streak to six on Friday. Nobody could stop  Englehart as he rushed for 72 yards and two touchdowns on only nine carries. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making four total tackles and defending a pass.
 For the year,  Englehart  has averaged 17.8 passing yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year,  he had three  rushing touchdowns. This year he is already up to 11.

Jaxon Tenbensel Delivers Best  Effort of Season
 Sadly,  Jaxon Tenbensel posting his best game of the season wasn't enough to lead Silver Lake over Red Cloud on Friday. Tenbensel rushed for 104 yards and a touchdown on only 12 carries.
 For the year,  Tenbensel  has run in 4 touchdowns while averaging 59.8 rushing yards per game.
