Baseball Game Preview: Kinta Eagles vs. Clayton Bulldogs

Kinta hasn't had much luck against Clayton recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Eagles will look to defend their home field against the Bulldogs at 4:00 p.m. The last five games Kinta has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Kinta fell victim to Pittsburg and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 1-0.

Meanwhile, Clayton came up short against Arkoma on Thursday and fell 4-1. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Calvin Palmer was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases and one run. He has been hot, having posted at least one stolen base the last five times he's played.

Kinta's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Clayton, they now have a losing record of 11-12.
