There's no place like home for Payson, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 72-37 victory over the Apache Junction Prospectors. That's more bragging rights for the Longhorns, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Payson's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Apache Junction, their loss was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Payson will welcome ALA - Ironwood at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Apache Junction, they will host Miami at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
