Northeast Metro RVT entered their tilt with Academy of Notre Dame on Wednesday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Lancers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 last Thursday.

Northeast Metro RVT was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The final score came out to 26-28, 25-22, 18-25, 25-21, 15-8.

Northeast Metro RVT's win bumped their record up to 9-3. As for Academy of Notre Dame, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-8.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Northeast Metro RVT will take on Lynn Vo-Tech at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Academy of Notre Dame, they will challenge Whittier RVT at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
