Monona Grove's game on Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They never let the Fort Atkinson Blackhawks get on the board and left with a 13-0 victory. Considering the Silver Eagles have won seven matches by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Monona Grove's win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 14-6. As for Fort Atkinson, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-13.

Monona Grove will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Blackhawks: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
