Football Recap: Auburn Mountainview Snaps Three-Game Streak of Wins at Home + How To Watch

Auburn Mountainview dropped to 4-5 on Saturday, ending the team's three-game streak of wins at home. They took a 26-19 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bainbridge Spartans. The Lions lost against the Spartans in their previous head to head back in November of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 43-13 score last time.

Jordan Koval threw for 45 yards on six of 11 attempts. Thierry Wah was his top target, picking up 29 receiving yards.

As for Bainbridge, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 3-6 record this season. A key ingredient in that success has been their performance when it comes to yards per carry: they averaged an imposing 5.53 yards per carry in those games compared to only 1.52 in the others.

Rowan Meek was a one-man wrecking crew as he rushed for 158 yards and a pair of scores while picking up 7.5 yards per carry.

As of now, neither Auburn Mountainview nor Bainbridge have any future games scheduled.
