IC Catholic Prep had already won eight in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 21.3 points) and they went ahead and made it nine on Tuesday. They walked away with a 64-56 win over the St. Rita Mustangs. Given the Knights' advantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 102nd, while the Mustangs are ranked 435th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
