Baseball Recap: Mohave Accelerated Comes Up Short

Mohave Accelerated came into this matchup off a tough 12-run loss last Wednesday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of the Parker Broncs by a score of 8-6 on Monday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Patriots of the 13-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Tanner Picard was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring three runs while going 1-for-3.

Mohave Accelerated dropped their record down to 0-2 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Parker, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-3.

Mohave Accelerated wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, an 18-3 defeat against River Valley on the 4th. As for Parker, they will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on Kingman Academy at 3:45 p.m. on March 10th.
