After losing to Lee County the last time they met, Scotland decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Fighting Scots came out on top in a nail-biter against the Yellow Jackets on Wednesday, sneaking past 6-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Fighting Scots have posted against the Yellow Jackets since April 18, 2018.

Scotland has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-7 record this season. They've had to fight for that success though, as they only beat their opponents by an average of 1.67 runs across that stretch. As for Lee County, they dropped their record down to 10-11 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home.
