Jacob Perrone gave up the fewest walks he has since back in March on Tuesday. He turned in nothing short of a gem, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 11 over 5.1 innings pitched. He also allowed no hits, which is notable because Battle Mountain is undefeated when he allows at most one hit, but 4-10 otherwise.

Perrone's strong effort led Battle Mountain over Pershing County and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
