Golden Gate gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Monday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Dunbar Tigers. The Titans haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Azmerrah Burgess paced Golden Gate's offense, picking up ten kills. Burgess got some help from Vicky Munoz and her 21 assists. Lindsey Pineda controlled things from the service line, finishing with ten aces.
Golden Gate will head out on the road to square off against Naples at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Dunbar, they will welcome Cypress Lake at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
