Volleyball Game Preview: Rancocas Valley Red Devils vs. Burlington Township Falcons

The Rancocas Valley Red Devils will face off against the Burlington Township Falcons at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

Rancocas Valley is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Lenape just ended the team's nine-game winning streak on Wednesday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Indians.

Meanwhile, Burlington Township came up short against West Windsor-Plainsboro North on Wednesday and fell 2-0. The Falcons haven't had much luck with the Knights recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Burlington Township now has a losing record of 9-10. As for Rancocas Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 15-3.

Rancocas Valley came out on top in a nail-biter against Burlington Township when the teams last played back in May of 2024, sneaking past 2-1. Will the Red Devils repeat their success, or do the Falcons have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
