Baseball Recap: Wonewoc-Center Takes a Loss

Wonewoc-Center's last matchup with New Lisbon could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's contest on Monday. The Wolves came up short against the Rockets, falling 13-4. The Wolves have struggled against the Rockets recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost meeting.

Wonewoc-Center saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Tommy Roehling, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI. That hit marked the first that Roehling has got this season.

Wonewoc-Center's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for New Lisbon, their victory ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-7.
