Basketball Recap: Central Noble Finds Home Court Redemption Against Bremen

There's no place like home for Central Noble, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They took down the Bremen Lions 46-29 on Wednesday. This was payback for the Cougars, who suffered a 58-52 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Despite the loss, Bremen saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Riley Tener went 6 of 7 en route to 15 points and six rebounds.

Central Noble's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Bremen, they dropped their record down to 2-4 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Central Noble will welcome West Noble at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Bremen, they will venture away from home to square off against Caston at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Caston is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 54.8 points per game this season.
