Big game from Phillips as Gospel Light Christian won 58-50
Ali Phillips was a major factor in Gospel Light Christian's victory over Greenville Christian Academy on Thursday. In one of her most outstanding performances to date, Phillips dropped a double-double on 13 points and 14 rebounds, making Thursday's game her highest-scoring outing yet this season.
Gospel Light Christian and Westwood Baptist Academy will face off at 9:00 a.m. on February 2nd without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Phillips has dominated as far as rebounds are concerned (she's averaged 10.6 per game this season), but she's got her work cut out for her considering Westwood Baptist Academy has only allowed 7.22 per game this season.
