MacArthur won the last time they faced Cardozo and things went their way on Saturday too. The Mammoths came out on top against the Clerks by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Mammoths.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: MacArthur took both sets by at least 13 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-12.

Kailyn Wilson paced MacArthur's offense, picking up three kills. Wilson were helped by Carmen Glynn and Rhenna Brawner, who contributed four assists each. Glynn was also solid from the service line: she led the team with 12 aces.

MacArthur's victory bumped their record up to 9-2. As for Cardozo, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.

MacArthur has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Roosevelt on the 7th. As for Cardozo, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Coolidge on the 7th.
