Volleyball Recap: Southwest DeKalb Takes a Loss

If Southwest DeKalb was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Salem on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Panthers fell 2-0 to the Lakeside Vikings on Saturday. The defeat continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Vikings: they've now lost seven in a row.

Southwest DeKalb's loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Looking ahead, Southwest DeKalb will be playing at home against Clarkston at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lakeside, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Stone Mountain on the 9th.
