Volleyball Recap: Perry Takes a Loss

The Perry Bluejays came up short against the Paton-Churdan Rockets on Saturday and fell 2-0.

Charity Parnell paced Perry's offense, picking up three kills. Parnell got some help from Karagyn Whelchel and her six assists. Sheyanne Culp controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Perry's defeat dropped their record down to 2-14. As for Paton-Churdan, with the victory, they broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 2-3.

Perry wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Saydel on the 29th. Paton-Churdan has also already played their next match (against Panorama), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
