Basketball Recap: Stratton Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Win

Stratton extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Sophia Isenbart. The Stratton Eagles blew past the Deer Trail Eagles 52-26 on Tuesday thanks in part to Isenbart, who went 9 of 13 en route to 24 points along with six steals and five boards. Isenbart is crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least two every time she's taken the court this season.

Peyton Ruhs was another key player, putting up two points in addition to 12 rebounds and three steals. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in boards.

Stratton's victory bumped their record up to 11-2. As for Deer Trail, they dropped their record down to 4-8 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home.

Stratton has already played their next contest (against Genoa-Hugo/Karval), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Deer Trail will square off against Cripple Creek-Victor at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
