Football Recap: Marist Drops Season-High Score on Creswell

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Marist). They enjoyed a cozy 32-13 win over the Creswell Bulldogs on Thursday. This was a revenge game for the Spartans: when they faced off against the Bulldogs back in April, they had to take a 25-0 loss.

Marist now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Creswell, they dropped their record down to 3-4 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

Coincidentally, Marist and Creswell will both be playing Monroe the next time they take the field. The Spartans will head out to face the Dragons at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday, while the Bulldogs will play them later in the day, at 8:30 p.m.
