Softball Recap: Riverside-Brookfield Picks Up 11th Straight Win on the Road

It may have taken nine innings to finish the job, but Riverside-Brookfield ultimately got the result they hoped for on Monday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Fenwick Friars 3-1. The victory was nothing new for the Bulldogs as they're now sitting on six straight.

Riverside-Brookfield pushed their record up to 21-9 with the win, which was their 11th straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.2 runs on average over those games. As for Fenwick, their loss dropped their record down to 12-9.
