Baseball Game Preview: San Rafael Bulldogs vs. Branson Bulls

San Rafael is preparing for their first league matchup of the season on Tuesday. They will head out to square off against the Branson Bulls at 3:30 p.m. Neither of those teams managed to put together many runs in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

On Saturday, San Rafael came up short against Rancho Cotate and fell 6-2.

Cruz Wexler was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-2 with two RBI and one double.

Meanwhile, Branson had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They lost 16-0 to San Marin on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Bulls have suffered since April 6, 2024.

San Rafael now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Branson, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.
