Volleyball Recap: Isabella Podesta's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Chattahoochee over Mount Pisgah Christian

Chattahoochee lost against Mount Pisgah Christian back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Cougars fell 2-0 to the Patriots.

While Chattahoochee had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-18.

Chattahoochee lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Isabella Podesta, who had 11 assists and seven digs.

Chattahoochee's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Mount Pisgah Christian, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.

Chattahoochee is on the road again on Saturday to play Forsyth Central at 12:30 p.m. As for Mount Pisgah Christian, they will face off against Pope at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
