Volleyball Recap: Northgate Comes Up Short

Northgate lost against McIntosh back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Vikings fell 2-0 to the Chiefs. The Vikings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Northgate's defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 13-18. As for McIntosh, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 18 of their last 20 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 28-8 record this season.

Northgate wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Morrow on the 23rd. As for McIntosh, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Dutchtown on the 23rd.
