It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Dearborn ultimately got the result they hoped for on Friday. They managed a 26-20 victory over the Churchill Chargers. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Pioneers also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Dearborn has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 27 points this season. As for Churchill, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Dearborn will face off against rival Glenn at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Churchill is set to challenge their familiar foe Wayne Memorial at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
