The Tigers are 8-2 against the Regents since March of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Notre Dame Tigers will venture away from home to face off against the Notre Dame Regents at 4:00 p.m. The Tigers will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.

It was a proper cat-fight when the Tigers challenged the Cougars on Tuesday. The Tigers never let the Cougars get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory. The Tigers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matchups by six runs or more this season.

Hailey Truong was a standout: she went 2-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one double. Another player making a difference was Skylar Loo, who went 2-for-3 with four RBI and two runs.

Truong wasn't the only one making solid contact: the Tigers kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as the Cougars didn't got any hits.

Meanwhile, the Regents posted their closest win since March 4th on Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Saints, sneaking past 4-2. Winning may never get old, but the Regents sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Jaz Mina and Kiera Watson did most of the damage at the plate: Mina went 2-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI, while Watson scored a run while going 2-for-2. That's the most hits Mina has posted since back in April of 2024. Kamille Beals was another key player, scoring a run while going 1-for-4.

The Tigers' victory was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-3-1. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.9 runs on average over those games. As for the Regents, their record now sits at 9-6.
