Football Recap: Greeley Central Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Thursday just wasn't the day for Greeley Central's offense. They were dealt a 41-0 loss at the hands of the Thompson Valley Eagles on Thursday. The Wildcats have struggled against the Eagles recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Thompson Valley was led to victory by Tristin Hill and Finley Lucas. Hill rushed for 149 yards and a pair of TDs on only 14 carries, while Lucas threw for 118 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 passes. Hill's longest rush was for an impressive 64 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.

Greeley Central's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Thompson Valley, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0.
