Marysville had lost three games straight , but after bumping their record up to 10-5 on Thursday that streak is in the rearview. They never let the Sterling Heights Stevenson Titans get on the board and left with a 14-0 victory. Considering the Vikings have won five matches by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

As for Sterling Heights Stevenson, they dropped their record down to 0-16 with the defeat, which was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season. That's two games in a row now that they have lost by exactly 14 runs.

For Sterling Heights Stevenson's part, they saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was SIERRA SAVAGE, who went 1-for-2 with one double. That double marked the first that SAVAGE has hit this season.
