Soccer Recap: Lansdowne's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

If Lansdowne was feeling good fresh off their 9-1 takedown of Chesapeake last Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Vikings fell 5-3 to the Western Tech & Environmental Science Wolverines on Friday. Lansdowne haven't had much luck with Western Tech & Environmental Science recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Having lost for the first time this season, Lansdowne fell to 2-1. As for Western Tech & Environmental Science, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-2.

Coming up, Lansdowne will head out on the road to challenge Pikesville at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Lansdowne will be up against Pikesville's rather soft defense (which has allowed 3.75 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Western Tech & Environmental Science, they will be playing at home against Owings Mills at 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
