Soccer Recap: East Valley Takes a Loss

East Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Selah Vikings. That's two games in a row now that East Valley have lost by just one goal.

East Valley's record is now 6-3. As for Selah, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. East Valley will square off against Prosser at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. East Valley will be up against Prosser's rather soft defense (which has allowed 3.11 goals per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Selah, they are taking a road trip to square off against Ephrata at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
