Soccer Recap: Northwestern Takes a Loss

Northwestern was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 4-0 to the Fort Mill Yellow Jackets. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Fort Mill this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-2 on March 1st.

Northwestern's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Fort Mill, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-6.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Northwestern is set to square off against their familiar foe Rock Hill at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Fort Mill will challenge rival Indian Land at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
