University came tearing into Friday's game with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6.7 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They never let the Marin Academy Wildcats get on the board and left with an 11-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Red Devils, who have now won eight contests by six runs or more so far this season.

The team relied heavily on Owen Chee, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in March of 2025. Another player making a difference was Ronin Brumfield, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI, one run, and one double.

University was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .391. They are 8-1 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

University's record now sits at 13-8. As for Marin Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-5.

Coincidentally, University and Marin Academy will both be playing Stuart Hall the next time they take the field. The Red Devils will head out to face the Knights at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, while the Wildcats will host them at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
