Softball Recap: Rogers Takes a Loss

Rogers was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 28th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 19-6 to the Pullman Greyhounds. If the Pirates were looking for revenge after losing 22-12 to the Greyhounds when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Rogers' loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Pullman, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-6 record.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Greyhounds beat Rogers by a score of 20-4 later that day.
