Basketball Recap: Waterloo Christian Takes a Loss

Waterloo Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 51-40 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Don Bosco Dons. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Regents this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 41-38 back in December of 2024.

Waterloo Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Don Bosco, their win bumped their record up to 5-10.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Waterloo Christian has already played their next matchup (against Columbus), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Don Bosco will take on Madrid at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Don Bosco is on a three-game streak of home losses, Madrid a six-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck will change.
