Football Recap: Denver North Starts Season with Loss on the Road + How To Watch

Denver North had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They were dealt a 42-3 defeat at the hands of the Centaurus Warriors on Friday. The Vikings have struggled against the Warriors recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Valentino Lucero threw for 57 yards on 13 of 33 attempts.

Denver North will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Adams City at 6:00 p.m. on September 4. As for Centaurus, they will venture away from home to face off against Boulder at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
