Park Hill took a six-run loss the last time they faced off against Lee's Summit West, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Trojans won by a run and slipped past the Titans 7-6. This was a revenge game for the Trojans: when they faced off against the Titans back in March, they had to take a 6-0 defeat.

Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.0 runs over those games. As for Lee's Summit West, their loss dropped their record down to 7-7.
