Cornerstone Christian had won four straight road games and Lorelei Bryant did her part to make it five on Monday. The Cornerstone Christian Lions came out on top in a nail-biter against the Austin Classical Mustangs, sneaking past 43-41 thanks in part to Bryant, who dropped a double-double with 34 points and ten steals. The matchup was her tenth in a row with at least 18 points.

Austin Classical lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Meredith Scott, who almost dropped a triple-double with 11 points, nine rebounds, and nine steals. Emmy Foshea was another key player, going 7 for 17 en route to 14 points along with six boards and four steals.

Cornerstone Christian is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season. As for Austin Classical, they now have a losing record at 9-10.

As of now, neither Cornerstone Christian nor Austin Classical have any future games scheduled.
