Cheboygan won the last time they faced Kalkaska and things went their way on Monday too. The Cheboygan Chiefs snuck past the Kalkaska Blazers with a 56-50 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Chiefs.

Cheboygan's victory bumped their record up to 11-7. As for Kalkaska, they dropped their record down to 6-11 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Cheboygan wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 69-61 win against Sault Area on the 11th. As for Kalkaska, they will venture away from home to take on Harbor Springs at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Harbor Springs knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three games -- so hopefully Kalkaska likes a good challenge.
