Meanwhile, Alexandria blew past Detroit Lakes, posting a 96-53 victory. The Cardinals have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 21 matches by 21 points or more this season.

Fergus Falls better focus on containing Chase Thompson and Mason Witt as the pair were huge in Alexandria's win. Thompson shot 81% from the field en route to 32 points, while Witt went 12-for-20 on his way to 32 points. Thompson is on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 46% in the last 22 games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Talan Witt, who went 7-for-11 to rack up 16 points.

Alexandria's win was their 14th straight at home, which pushed their record up to 25-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 95.5 points over those games. As for Fergus Falls, their victory bumped their record up to 19-8.
