With a playoff win on the line, Atkins rose to the challenge on Friday. They came out on top against the Prescott Curley Wolves by a score of 27-6 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game). The result was nothing new for the Red Devils, who have now won nine contests by 21 points or more so far this season.

Atkins' win bumped their record up to 9-2. As for Prescott, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-4 record this season.

Atkins will face off against Glen Rose at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Beavers will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something the Red Devils surely won't give up without a fight. Prescott does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
