With a playoff win on the line, Northland Prep Academy rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over Gilbert Classical Academy. Winning may never get old, but Northland Prep Academy sure is getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-10, 23-25, 25-16.

Zillah Wildblood-Crawford paced Northland Prep Academy's offense, picking up 25 kills. Wildblood-Crawford got some help from Makenna Murphy and her 36 assists. Piper McGourin controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Northland Prep Academy's victory bumped their record up to 23-9. As for Gilbert Classical Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 16-8 record this season.

Northland Prep Academy will take on Trivium Prep at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Gilbert Classical Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
