Volleyball Recap: Travis Takes a Loss

Travis was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the San Marcos Rattlers, falling 3-0.

While Travis ultimately came up short, they really made San Marcos work, particularly in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 28-26, 25-22.

Travis' defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for San Marcos, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, Travis will be taking part in a tournament against McAllen at 12:00 p.m. on Friday. As for San Marcos, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Eastside Early College at 7:30 p.m.
