Volleyball Game Preview: Tyler Legacy Raiders vs. Rockwall Yellowjackets

Tyler Legacy has won four straight games at home, while Rockwall has won four straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Tuesday. The Raiders will host the Yellowjackets at 6:30 p.m.

On Friday, Tyler Legacy came up short against Rockwall-Heath and fell 3-1.

Tyler Legacy started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 22-25, 25-21, 25-17, 25-22.

Meanwhile, Rockwall made easy work of Royse City on Friday and carried off a 3-0 win.

While Rockwall won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-14, 25-22.

Rockwall's victory bumped their record up to 19-15. As for Tyler Legacy, their loss dropped their record down to 11-6.

Tyler Legacy suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Rockwall in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. Can the Raiders avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
