London posted their closest win since February 28th on Friday. They skirted past the San Diego Vaqueros 5-3. This was a revenge game for the Pirates: when they faced off against the Vaqueros back in March, they had to take a 8-3 loss.

London has been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.8 runs on average over those games. As for San Diego, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-10 record this season.

London will challenge Bishop at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Badgers will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Pirates surely won't give up without a fight. As for San Diego, they will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Banquete at 7:00 p.m. The Vaqueros are facing the Bulldogs at the right time seeing as the Bulldogs are stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
